Letter from a concerned neighbour

ticklish_frogThe lady from the 3rd floor has sent everyone a letter; below is my translation in which I tried to keep the style of the original:
A robbery of an umbrella from the Porter's lodge.
In view of a retarded robbery of the aforementioned object, occurred during the past 25th day of May, between 8:30 and 18:00, I alert everyone who has their personal items deposited there about the fact of having someone in this building (because aside from the cleaning lady, whom I already talked to, the people that inhabit this place are the only ones to have the key for the lodge) who, without any type of scrupinity and respect for the people living here, not only allowed himself to steal an object that, in spite of being new, still was not usable, but also expropriated a paper grocery bag, looting its content on the floor, more precisely, some part of the content from the top boxes and bags was placed next to my belongings the very same day, with the remainder being put on the floor.
I moan sincerely because of this lack of patriotism, bad formation, lack of respect after all, act of low quality, and I alert everyone that if this situation is to happen again, I shall compel to call the competent authorities.

Na qualidade de lesada no furto do objecto acima indicado, ocorrido no passado dia 25 de Maio, entre as 8h30m e as 18h00, venho pela presente alertar todos quantos ali têm objectos pessoais depositados para o facto de haver alguém neste prédio (porque além da senhora da limpeza, com quem já falei, só os condóminos que aqui residem é que têm a chave daquela casa) que, sem qualquer tipo de escrúpulos e respeito pelas pessoas que nele residem, se permite não só furtar um objecto que, apesar de não ser novo ainda era utilizável, como também apropriar-se de um saco de papel de um supermercado, atirando o seu conteúdo para o chão, mais propriamente, parte do conteúdo para cima de caixas e sacos que nesse mesmo dia ali foram colocados junto aos meus haveres, e o restante para o chão.
Lamento sinceramente a falta de civismo, a má formação, a falta de respeito enfim, o acto inqualificável, e alerto todos para esta situação que, a repetir-se, me obrigará a chamar as entidades competentes.
